The company called Chrysacy advertised for discounted clothing on facebook. I bought from them and received nothing. They stated I must have put my wrong address. Reported back to them that my address is correct. Asking for my money back daily only to get the run around and not getting my money refunded for no product.

The product does not fit as they promised it would and the items were sent from New York address but they want you to pay to return to Vietnam they are not providing the product shown as on website. This “modeling agency” reached out asking to book “9 of their models” for services at my salon. Tried to insist on sending me a check before even booking to pay in advance after telling them I only accept card and not checks and would only take payment through their card over an invoice.

On their website, they say they only deal in crypto currency and Zelle. I contacted them through live chat. They sent me an email explaining how to pay with an Amazon gift card. I paid $135 through an Amazon eGift card. I used live chat, and was told they will not deliver until they receive the money. I contacted Amazon who said the money from the eGift card was claimed by E*** C***** A**** B*****. Amazon order number *******************. I called the name on the letter that I received, which was "James Miller, Program Director". I spoke with two different representatives, and asked to speak with James Miller directly. The first representative asked me for the customer ID that appeared on the letter that they sent me. I gave them this customer ID, and then asked to speak with James Miller directly. I was disconnected after holding for a few minutes. With the second representative, I asked to speak with James Miller again. The second representative asked me what it was that I wanted to ask James Miller, and I told her that the language in the letter seemed misleading. It mentioned a fictitious home warranty that I had secured with my bank. Somehow they knew my name, home address and the bank that we were using for our home. The letter went on to say that if I didn't take action immediately then this fictitious home warranty would expire.
